He should have called us and told us there was a problem. He did not. We did not need to call them because we were in contact instant messaging wise. This is simple to me, he got it free elsewhere so decided to run with it and try to get his money back from us after we already did the work. He emailed us telling us he was getting it FREE and no longer needed the server...... We said ok, but denied his refund request because the order was already completed however he could cancel from there on. I don't feel that just because he says he wants a refund he should get it. Come on now... to the court of public opinion.... would you refund him after you did the work and he DID get the server? |

So I checked the server logs, you tried to log in to Cpanel with the root username/password .. however the email you received clearly stated "WHM ADMINISTRATOR URL", "WHM ADMIN USERNAME", and "WHM ADMIN PASSWORD" .. you tried to use this login info on the Cpanel url, not the WHM url .. In order to use cpanel, you need to create accounts through Cpanel's WHM first. I am not trying to point fingers, just stating the facts. We provided all the info, working, the server was online ready to use, and you didn't let us know you were having a problem with accessing it. |

Phatservers saved my ass about 18 months ago, if I had of gone to one more bad host I think I would of admitted defeat and closed shop.
They are rock solid with top-notch support I can?t recommend them highly enough. |
