Like a lot of weight? Eat nothing but chicken breasts, water, and orange juice. Maybe have one six inch sub every two weeks on top of that. Add a small amount of exercise every day, maybe some push ups, extra walking, walking up stairs, etc.
I know someone who lost 80 pounds in 3 months doing this and kept it off. Keep in mind I'm not a doctor so this could very well kill you in a couple years. |

another important point is that NO ONE should be looking for a fast way to lose weight. its not healthy to lose weight fast. many will argue that more than 1 pound a week is too much.
change your life, exercise, eat well (educate yourself about nutrition) and make it a life long change... not a 30 day goal. ![]() |

Its called the DMX diet, but I added some things here and there.
Fuck all day, fuck all night. Low carbs, fruits, vegetables, meats, drink alot of water, and alot of excercise.
