Like a lot of weight? Eat nothing but chicken breasts, water, and orange juice. Maybe have one six inch sub every two weeks on top of that. Add a small amount of exercise every day, maybe some push ups, extra walking, walking up stairs, etc.
I know someone who lost 80 pounds in 3 months doing this and kept it off.
Keep in mind I'm not a doctor so this could very well kill you in a couple years.
