I have used triilian pro since it came out and never had a problem with it.

Juicy: try this first.

Close ICQ.

Start --> All Programs --> ICQ --> "ICQ Database Converter"

Let it run. If there is anything wrong with your ICQ database, it will repair it.

If it's not a database problem, have you installed or changed anything that acts like a firewall? Maybe this port has been closed, in which case a new ICQ number won't help.

Took 5hrs to connect

I logged on a 2nd icq on it for about 30mins, then switched back and it worked fine.
