Nats vs. CCBill Ratios

Like I had mentioned in this thread about our recent move to cascading:
http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...adid=345945&s=

Here are some screenshots of what I was talking about:

Nats:

CCBill only:

This thread is NOT slamming CCBill ? we use them in our cascading rotation and they are processing a good bit of these transactions.

I?m just trying to show perspective affiliates what a major improvement this is for OCCash since we made the move to cascading billing -- no more lost sales or lost affiliate sales! The difference in conversion is huge while the traffic base remains the same.

1. Paycom
2. CCBill

We might add Ibill, but nothing actually makes it to the 3rd layer in the cascade.

I would highly suggest 123bill as a backup as well

http://www.123bill.com
this is an unsolicited endorsement of their company

If we see a need for it - we are would look at backup solutions.

Hi...

xxxjay, you might want to try lowering the number of retries CCBill gives the surfer to allow for cascading to go further faster.

I will be talking to CCBill on thursday about a few things in general and will actually talk to them about this too, since I think they let the surfer retry way too often.

That said, CCBill is a great biller in any cascade, no doubt about it!

i bill rocks! ibill/paycom/ccbill is the best order.

In nats i use i bill 85% of the time primary. Epoch picks up alot of my sales though. ccbill is good too, but hands down, you will do the most tranactions with i bill.
cheers

wouldnt that only make sense if it was his first processor on the cascade and not the last?

beemk,

yes, but as far as I know there is more after ccbill, NATS at least would not limit them to stop there.

Even if you do not have another CC biller right now, you could put a check biller there for example.

xxxjay,

This is Adam from iBill. I'd like to work with you. I think you'll find on most forums that iBill converts the best in cascading as Duke attested to. Check out another post below from a few days ago talking about cascading:

"...and ccbill was #2 then, and probill #4 processor for me.

Verotel's ticket club was bull. so Ccbill had the top spot for a while. But since yesterday IBILL is back at #1 processor for me.

And, this whole time, no matter what order I tried to send signups to these processors, they were always made aware of the multiple billing solutions for my site. And it didn't really matter which company I was favoring at all, HANDS DOWN, NO QUESTION - I GOT MORE SIGNUPS WITH IBILL PERIOD. "

Hit me up at [email protected] or ICQ 137597378.

Nice ratios but try adding you own merchant account with Netbilling as the primary and CCbill and the secondary and you will see at least a 20% jump in conversions. That is what we saw and even better lately.

By scrubbing less to get more sales, has your chargeback ratios gone up any?

Only slightly, less than .01% in the past 4 months.
We set our own fraud scrubbing settings through Netbilling.

when you are an affiliate and convert 1:1800, thats 1800 raw hits...thats probably 1:100-200 join page hits, when the first page dont lead directly to ccbill stats. So imagine 1:1800 join page ratios...

If you send traffic to any program, make sure that they use a cascade - otherwise you are losing sales.

I makes no sense why you wouldn't get your own merchant account (unless you have shitty credit)

You have zero control over scrubing and you pay them 3-5% more for what? Maybe if you only bill $5000 a month 5% is nothing to worry about but people who do several hundred don't make any sense.

Hey man,

Is this a fair comparison?
In ccbill stats the "sales per click" doesnt give you ALL the sales, you need to go to "transactions" to get the entire sales number.

Doesnt seem you are comparing apples to apples here. I may be wrong though.
