Ladies & germs, looks like AP has another cheater....

This lame shit has been submitting nice galleries to me for months now, using all kinds of domain names. Never fails, right after I post the gallery, it's always the same,,,,, a white page with a big "enter" link on it, with his AP linking code.

His AP account is: ctc.amateurpages.com/cgi-bin/ctc/ctc.cgi?86666776

And a sample of his work is here: http://www.pretty-babes.com/
Also http://www.free-porn-xxx.net/
and http://www.free-porn-free-porn.com/

....and about 20 or 50 other annoying domains. The guy is one of the lamest tenaciously fucked up swizzle-stick I've seen in a while.

Any chance you can nuke his sorry ass Lens? (and not tell him?)

Pleasseeeeeeee...post his real name and address..pretty, pretty pretty please!!!

This "Pink Rhino" jack ass is the scourge of all TGP galleries the last few months..

And, your right CDSmith..DomonWolfe, Bake and I, as well as several others, have compiled a list of over 120 domain names he's using for these scams...he often makes the gallery look like it's on a free host...the directory structure..

I want to know where he lives...*lol*

Truly...and how to hurt this mofo where it hurts..in his pocket book.

If anyone gets any galleries from this guy...try and find out his sponsor codes...so we can shut him down.

Last message I had from him, he was posing as a "Raymond Evans"

Ray Evans
(Rhino)
STM Multimedia, Inc.
Director of Operations

It might really be him..

He also said he works for Adult Check..

quote -
If you're in
LV for Internext in June drop by the AdultCheck AVS booth and ask for
Rhino - I'll be happy to buy you and a friend the beverage of your choice to
say thanks.

-end qoute

If I was going, I'ld drop by and give it to him good...he's rapidly becoming "The most hated man on the internet"..no offense to 12clicks..*heh-heh*

You know, these cheaters are not really smart at all. In my opinion they are "Dumber Than Onions" They can use all the bogus info they want to hide their domain name identity, but all those checks from all those sponsors have to go to a real bank??...
and be picked up, signed and deposited by a real person... So if they want the money they are so desperatelly trying to earn by cheating everyone, it just won't work..

JJJ -- The solution there is simple... "CAN" the cheater and just don't tell him

And before anyone out there squawks off about ethics, ask yourselves if cheating a sponsor and about 500 tgp's is ethical?

This guy is a "delete on site" at DMOZ. One of only a few people to ever achieve such distinction.

Because he sends a great deal of search engine traffic his signups tend to be pretty good. I doubt lensman would, or should, do anything to his account.

Guffaw! Maybe you're right, but I admit webmasters to my "inner sanctum" (with 21,000+ full size, unblemished photos to view) ONLY after I verify that they are affiliated with an adult site or domain.

It would really be easy if they used their real e-mail address (or one that they actually intend to use after the registration) in their WHOIS contact info, but very frequently I'm told that the address in the WHOIS doesn't work. And this can happen with very recent registrations.

I think it might break a Federal law to provide fraudulent information across a state line or over phone lines, but I'm not an attorney. Anyway, it's a huge annoyance for me.

Wait a minute here....
In one breath you say this guy is pretty much the ultimate cheater ("delete on site"), and then you go on to say that Lens should let him slide? So...does this mean that as long as I send a lot of signups I can cheat? What kind of message is that kind of thinking sending out to webmasters?

I think Lens should just suck the guy's traffic and not pay him. Bottom line is, cheaters never win, or so I was told from the time of early childhood. If that statement is no longer true, then maybe I'm in the wrong business after all.

What is the purpose of "rules"? A lot of sponsors allow people to cheat the "rules" if they convert good. I always thought the RULES were set in stone and should be followed by EVERYONE! Not just arbitrarily enforced...

I'd certainly like to hear from some of the sponsorship owners about their real thoughts on affiliates that cheat yet send a lot of signups. Is this practise of tolerating "productive cheaters" common?

Let's get this out in the open and discussed. Or, is it really none of my f***ing business. Either way, let's hear from some sponsors.

CD-SMITH "I think Lens should just suck the guy's traffic and not pay him. Bottom line is, cheaters never win, or so I was told from the time of early childhood. If that statement is no longer true, then maybe I'm in the wrong business after all."

dear cd-smith, i think that only in exceptions cheaters do not win and for sure it's not related with the business you're, since every business has the good and the bad players. The worst of all, when we have the opportunity to terminate a cheater most of us act like Jesus Christ and show mega-mercy....

Webmasters and Sponsors are in the business to make money. If a webmaster is sending hits to a sponsor and they are converting at an acceptable level then why would the sponsor "can" this webmaster? Just because he is not following the rules? That doesn't make sense... maybe that webmaster knows something the others don't... maybe the rules should be expanded to cover what that webmaster is doing. Now you may not like what some webmasters are doing when they submit to your TGP but that is business and you have to find a solution for that problem. But asking a Sponsor to "can" an affilate because you do not like what they are doing is not fair to the Sponsor because you are asking him to lose that business that particular webmaster is sending him just because you don't like what he is doing. In closing maybe time would be better spent thinking of innovative ways to make sales instead of searching for "rulebreakers".

Ok, I'll deal with your points one at a time..... And pardon me if my comments get a bit heated, but when I feel strongly about something.....

You wrote:
Webmasters and Sponsors are in the business to make money.

Okay, you're going to start off by educating me about why we are in this business? Not a good start right there, but whatever....

If a webmaster is sending hits to a sponsor and they are converting at an acceptable level then why would the sponsor "can" this webmaster? Just because he is not following the rules? That doesn't make sense...

Excuse me, but then what the fuck are the rules FOR?? I follow them, and I make money. What's wrong with just following the rules and nevermind the cheating bullshit?

maybe that webmaster knows something the others don't... maybe the rules should be expanded to cover what that webmaster is doing.

That's what makes cheaters cheaters...they all think they know something that we don't. Maybe that webmaster should ASK the sponsor about their ideas FIRST instead of pissing a lot of people off. Do you even know what the hell I was referring to in my original post? I'm talking about the breaking of more than one of Len's rules in CRONIC proportions. Read what I wrote man, and quite making excuses for cheating idiots.

Okay, you're brain-dead-wrong, and here's why.... One) it is NOT my problem to find a solution, it is the webmaster's problem because he is now blacklisted and I'm on the watch for him. and I never let them fuck me for long, I always catch them. Always. What that means is that I have set out some rules for my TGP...one of which is that the submissions actually have thumbs linking to full-sized pictures, and I'm quite lenient about the size and amount of ads too. But my rules tend to coincide with those of the sponsors, in that pages can not have ONLY one blind sponsor link. This dufus was breaking more than one of Len's rules (no blind text links, no single link on page to AP with no other links), and he has been doing so on 50+ domains for months and months. I enforce my rules, why is it so wrong to let a sponsor know that his rules are also being broken???

Give your head a shake man, it sounds like you are saying "oh, it's okay to shoplift a few things in Walmart, because I spend $4000 bucks a week there, so why should Walmart have me arrested when they are making so much money from my business??" -- now THAT is what doesn't fucking make sense. You're aguments so far are....well, pretty much bull-kukka.

In closing maybe time would be better spent thinking of innovative ways to make sales instead of searching or "rulebreakers".

Okay, I'm going to clue you in here, in as simple and plain English as you can understand boyo... I'm not "searching for rulebreakers", the rulebreakers come to me (and all other TGP owners, link site owners, sponsorship owners, paysite owners, and any-fucking-site owners for that matter) and when I catch them cheating me or someone I know, I blacklist their asses and I tell my friend about how he is being cheated. It's called good business, and you my friend really need to spend less time thinking up excuses for cheating assholes and start thinking of when you're going to come back here and show me that you've given your previous post some serious retooling.

Or, you can come back here and argue with me, definitely your choice. Hey, for all I know maybe you weren't thinking straight, and maybe, like me, you work very hard and were up very late and you let your clouded fuzzy addled head get the better of you.

In closing...I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now, but don't ever try to tell me how best to spend MY fucking time. Anyone that defends rulebreakers the way you just did has no business whatsoever dispensing such advice anyway.

My question stands.... is it common practise for these "productive cheaters" to be tolerated? I'm just asking. Does anyone have any intelligent comments about this? Lens? 12clicks?? Got a minute to shed some light, I know you are the "cheater-killer" of all time. Let's have your 2 cents worth bro.

I think it already been stated by Lens himself that if your converting better than 1:800 send hits any way you like, he won't even bother looking at your stats, if you fall outside that ratio you better dot every i and cross every t or you'll be history.
The guy is a tgp cheat, just one of many.

All I can say is a cheater is a cheater is a cheater......... When I deal with them, I don't give a rats ass how "BIG" they are or how well they convert, if they cheat, they go...... bottom line. I have seen alot of people say "well they convert and make ME money"

Well how are we better if we allow cheaters to get paid then what does this say about us? Does it mean we have double standards?

Oh yes, I know the old saying about business is business, but what does this say about us when we let this one cheat and not this one based on how much money they make for us?

And before you go thinking I am slamming anyone, well I am not....... I just think if someone cheats they should be treated as such and not be allowed to cheat because they make us money.

Alot of the problems I see in any big businesses is that the egos go crazy....... this one thinks because he is "SOOO BIG" that he can get by with anything and is invincible........ but where does it end? So he tries this... he gets by with it... so he goes a bit further and then a step further........... and before you know it, everyone is following in HIS footsteps thinking that if he gets by with it then I can too......... ok then you have so many cheaters on your hands and then what do you do?

Do you allow EVERYONE to cheat or toss the little guys and then keep the big ones?

In MY eyes, and I don't know alot..... I am not by any means a big dog, and probably won't ever be...... but somewhere there has to be a line and I think if we set standards then we stand less chances of allowing people to push us to the point where we have to make a decision on who to can and who to keep because they are all cheaters.

Quality versus quanity........ this seems to be appropriate here?

Thank CD for this ranting, he made me come here. LOL

Justin -- Yes, I believe I did once hear Lens say something like that. I guess it bothers some of us that an annoying shit like this dewd get's paid even though he's cheating. I guess he better hope that someone doesn't send him a bazillian crappy exit hits to one of his cheating links to AP and blow his ratio out of the water....heh heh

Tam -- Good rant there. I wonder though....if I can "make" you come here, what else could I "make" you do??

Heh heh...

Just noticed that the infamous Ray "Rhino" Evans ([email protected]) has a testimonial on the TGSW updates site. See: http://www.tgswupdates.com/test.html

Normally when someone is listed as the first testimonial that means they were involved in coding it.

Especially since "TGSWUpdates.com was formed by an elite group of thumbnail gallery post experts to undertake ..."

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm...
