Wait a minute here....
In one breath you say this guy is pretty much the ultimate cheater ("delete on site"), and then you go on to say that Lens should let him slide? So...does this mean that as long as I send a lot of signups I can cheat? What kind of message is that kind of thinking sending out to webmasters?

I think Lens should just suck the guy's traffic and not pay him. Bottom line is, cheaters never win, or so I was told from the time of early childhood. If that statement is no longer true, then maybe I'm in the wrong business after all.
