Jesus this topic brought out the idiots from both sides didnt it.
Here's an oppinion from the outside.

-Moore defined using inacurate information unknowingly 'lying' which i think is pretty stupid. Especially when it comes from supposedly reliable sources such as the CIA. As stupid as it may be, it is not lying.
-O'reilly didn't ask the correct questions....could have done alot better.
-Moore used emotional and pointless argument when asking if O'reilly would sacrifice his son for falluja.

In summary......Moore was able to avoid O'reilly quite well by taking up time arguing definitions rather than issues. If I were O'reilly I would have asked him questions relating to the inaccuracies in his films, whether he believed his films were documentaries or entertainment, why he doesn't move abroad if its apparently far greatr etc.

Any oppinions?

The reason you never hear any conservatives ask about the inaccuracies in his film is because there are none. However, nobody who listens exclusively to Fox news would know this or even be able to digest the information if it's spelled out to them letter by letter.

In fact, I think it's hilarious listening to conservative assclowns talking about the integrity of Fox news even AFTER a documentary came out that has real time footage of them framing their information according to the command of the Republican Party. If Bush went on national television and said he was a Nazi that liked to sodomize small colored children, the weird-ass conservative pornographers here wouldn't abandon Bush. They'd go find some small colored children of their own and congratulate themselves on how much better their sex lives are than the Democrats.

In summary, conservatives are angry sheep with deep emotional problems.

I too...am not a conservative...and I too do not like Mr. Bush holding the title of President...but I do not dislike Moore...because I accept him for what he once stated on the now defunct Politically Correct show that he is..."an entertainer that is laughing all the way to the bank". What's funny to me is all the conservatives bashing the movie when they haven't seen it.

The majority of the movie is clips of Bush using his own words. You really don't need to add much because he is such a fool.

The facts are that 9-11 happened on his watch. I am so tired of everyone saying it was clintons fault. Bush had 9 fucking months to do something and he didn't. I guess he was to busy making vacation plans.

Then when he did do something, he attacked the wrong country. If that's your idea of being strong on terror, well then you are a sheep.

I think Moore lost the argument. Going head to head with ORiley is no easy task, but Mike looked a bit unprepared for what he was getting himself into and ended up playing the defensive the entire time. That weakened his argument.

He kept saying that GWB lied about everything and Bill kepy coming back and saying he didn't lie. All Mike had to say was ignoring all of the evidence to the contrary is as bad as lying, but he refused to give up any ground to Bill. There were a couple of other incidents as well that Bill just talked over Mike and Mike couldn't get a coherent point across. The funny part was at the end where Bill says he was glad they had the argument and the public could decide, then goes back to the live broadcast and gives another minute talk about how Michael Moore was completely wrong and stupid, but he's no longer there to defend himself.

I can guarantee you it wasn't because MM was leaving Boston anythime soon At least MM insisted it be shown complete and unedited. This entire thread can be summed up in three points, the failure to understand and agree to any one of which marks the reader as dense:

1. Michael Moore is an idiot. Packaging lies and half-truths that appeal to the stupid as a documentary is just wrong.

2. George Bush is an idiot and a liar. Not because he dragged us into a war (everyone on the planet agreed Iraq still had WMD, including Germany, France and Russia), but because he sold himself to us as a moderate when in fact he is to the right of Atilla the hun.

3. O'reilly is pompus and full of himself, but often on the correct side of things as was the case here, because on the idiot scale, Moore by far tops all of the aforementioned idiots.

I also find it amusing that Michael Moore kept talking about kids. These are 18 year olds that join the military of their OWN choice, and their parents can't do anything about it, as they are considered ADULTS. If they want to join the military, they do. Michael Moore can't make that choice for them and neither can O'rielly....the only choice that ANY adult in the US can make about it is FOR THEMSELVES. So MM asking BOR if he would sacrifice hsi own child is just silly. When BOR's child is over 18, they will make that choice for themselves, no matter what BOR says.

Where you live has nothing to do with the notion of claiming that a president caused 9/11... and doing something about it hardly makes him responsible for everything before the fact... using that logic one could say that doing nothing after the fact would also absolve him of any responsibility.

Your logic would also dictate that Clinton was eaqually responsible since attacks happened on his watch and he retaliated as well.
