Lensman, I do believe I smell a bit of staged bullshit!

The Miss GFY is dragging along and is becoming very boring. To add drama, we add fisting and no logo crap. Just make the rules clear, and you won't have these problems.

Bo, legally, you are on stable ground. If anybody disqualifies you, give me a call. My attorney will handle the case for you for free. It is so damn cut & dry. You didn't violate the rules. GFY should have notified you immediately so you could have privately switched pictures to one showing the GFY Logo.

And about the people not *IN* the outfit, why is there no debate about them? The rules very clearly say "pic of yourself in the GFY tank top and panties" So what about them? Why is there no debate about the people who did not follow the WRITTEN rules??

Looks to me like she followed the rules, that appears to be the same top & bottom that the other girls are wearing. The rules did not say the logo had to be visible. I think it would be unfair to DQ her when the rules did not clarify that the logos had to be visible, its not her fault that someone else did not make that point clear.

Sorry but why didn't I show any teamwork? I posted a pic were the logo was on, and I already offered Loryn to send them the rest of the pics ( with the logo on) if they need it for promotional uses. And it was already clarified in this thread that Kitty didn't pick her gear up from fedex, so that is why she didn't got it. Like you can see on the pole nobody thinks I broke any rule by not showing it, and if they would have told me before the voting that the logo had to show, I would've send them another one from the same set.

The people who are not showing teamwork, are the girls who want me out and post that I broke the rules by not showing it:2 cents:

Nope, she should stay. My reasoning is the same as most here. She had good intentions and it wasn't in the rules. If you don't agree with the lack of showing the logo, or those who weren't wearing the entire outfit, let your votes speak.

I vote to let her stay. We've already lost Kitty & Alysha (the fister) on this round. That's a gorgeous pic, she's in the gear plus submitted an extra pic with the logo. What more can you ask for?

I believe the more realistic term would be that she can now be judged along with all the others. I don't believe she should get a free pass into the next round, only a chance to be judged. Her photo still needs to pass the muster of our 5 judges.

It would of been interesting to see what people opinions would of been if she wasnt as attractive as she is. I still say why did they accept the pic in the first place? To me once they accept the pic and post it thats acceptance of the pic. As far as suing lens please grow the fuck up.

Wow, I just saw this for the first time. I voted and was very very pleased with the results. 'Rules' aren't assumed or they wouldn't need to be stated in the first place. I certainly would not have assumed that 'GFY' must be visible.

There are specific laws that cover sweepstakes, contest, lotteries and such and the rules HAVE TO, I repeat HAVE TO be clear and specific. THERE CAN NOT BE ANY IMPLIED RULES!!! Why do you think you have all that legalize on a fuckin lottery ticket or coupon in a fuckin cereal box.

You did not specifically state that the GFY logo must be shown so you have no grounds to disqualify Bo and you would open yourself up to litegation...Btw, you admit in the beginning of this thread that she did nothing wrong and you would probably lose.

If I were you, I would delete this thread and get on with the next round and forget the fuckin pole cause YOU CAN'T LEGALLY DQ Bo.

BigG - Just an FYI for you...there are at least a couple of girls, myself included, who don't have photographers. We shoot our pics ourselves using a self-timer & tripod. This contest is supposed to be about who represents GFY, not who has the best photographer.
