Sorry Ice but this is not true. Kitty didn't go to the FEd Ex station where the package was sitting for a week or so and get it. We got it back here in the office a week ago after FedEx returned it to us. Major difference there.

The instructions are pretty clear:

She is in her GFY tank top and panties. So she's not showing the logo, if you wanted that, you would have said it. No reason to disqualify her if you ask me, she did as the challenge said.

I know for a fact that several ladies had major issues with receiving the clothing. I think a couple of foreign ladies even dropped out because of the distance issue. It is only fair to be firm with the flavor of the rules when people already suffered because of them. There is a reason why a GFY logo was required: Branding the site and the contest. I'm sorry but it was a requirement in selecting the submission to use the outfit branded. How come she was the only one that submitted non-GFY logo picture? Everyone else did to one degree or another.

Having said that, didn't I read in the beginning that Miss Gfy should possess skills and talents and intelligence, along with beauty?

So, it seems to me, that, while it wasn't the letter of the rules, there is the spirit of the rules to be considered.

I'm not voting either way; but common sense dictates the logo should show, since it's a gfy contest and specific attire was required. Why bother having a logo on a shirt if it doesn't matter whether it's seen?

Since there was no violation of the contest rules the are no legitimate grounds for disqualification. Of course it was implied that the letters "GFY" would be seen however it was not stated as a requirement. I'm sure her decision not to show the letters "GFY" will be reflected in the voting results (both the masses and the judges).


Leave her in the contest, she's broken no rules.

oh and if you wanted the ladies to interpret the rules to mean things they don't say then you shouldn't have voted some of the smarter ladies out and you should have had some contenst that weren't just about T&A.

You know... I will agree with you there. Angeleyes and I had that discussion when taking her picture. We both wondered if she would be disqualified or not for not wearing them..... thats why we created the illusion that she is getting ready for a midnight skinny dip kinda thing.

My first post was based on the fact that I thought kitty should have been able to wear generic tank and thong to stay in. I didn't know that she didn't pick it up in a timely manner until Eric responded a few posts ago.

The rules were not very specific and I can understand that this is more for fun than anything and thats why Lensman didn't get a team of lawyers in to produce iron clad rules. But you know alot of these girls are gonna look for any possible way to gain an advantage.

So based on the above... fuck it let her stay in. I just didn't know about the kitty situation and was trying to be fair. I still say more effort could have been made to at least show the GFY logo...

I got the outfit, emailed Loryn that I did, so why should I go pose in another outfit that the GFY outfit. I posted another pic in this thread with the logo showing, and I already offered Loryn that if they need pics to promote GFY I will be happy to send them the pics I took with the logo showing. Nothing in the rules sayed that the logo has to show, and since I thought the pic that I submitted was the most sexy one I mailed them that one, if I would have known this would have been such an issue I would have submitted another one.

She should stay and the girls being catty that are in the Miss Gfy contestant should just shut up.

Well if the rules did not state explicitly that the logo must be visible then I say she gets to stay, but only on a technicality. I would also make sure that all contestants understand that the GFY Logo must be clearly visible in the next round. Oh yeah, and then I would spank her hot little bum to teach her a lesson.

I think she's a hottie...it's too bad that this is even an issue...at first I thought maybe because the GFY logo isn't showing that she should be disqualified from winning round 3, but I do not think she should be out of the whole contest since this wasn't even brought up until after the voting was done...If it was an issue it should have been handled before the voting began, like the fisting photo was...I say let her pass through to round 4...

I posted one in this thread, and if I have to resubmit the girls who didn't wear it should do that too. I swear that if I knew that this was an issue I would have submitted an other one.
