You know... I will agree with you there. Angeleyes and I had that discussion when taking her picture. We both wondered if she would be disqualified or not for not wearing them..... thats why we created the illusion that she is getting ready for a midnight skinny dip kinda thing.

My first post was based on the fact that I thought kitty should have been able to wear generic tank and thong to stay in. I didn't know that she didn't pick it up in a timely manner until Eric responded a few posts ago.

The rules were not very specific and I can understand that this is more for fun than anything and thats why Lensman didn't get a team of lawyers in to produce iron clad rules. But you know alot of these girls are gonna look for any possible way to gain an advantage.

So based on the above... fuck it let her stay in. I just didn't know about the kitty situation and was trying to be fair. I still say more effort could have been made to at least show the GFY logo...

I got the outfit, emailed Loryn that I did, so why should I go pose in another outfit that the GFY outfit. I posted another pic in this thread with the logo showing, and I already offered Loryn that if they need pics to promote GFY I will be happy to send them the pics I took with the logo showing. Nothing in the rules sayed that the logo has to show, and since I thought the pic that I submitted was the most sexy one I mailed them that one, if I would have known this would have been such an issue I would have submitted another one.

She should stay and the girls being catty that are in the Miss Gfy contestant should just shut up.

Well if the rules did not state explicitly that the logo must be visible then I say she gets to stay, but only on a technicality. I would also make sure that all contestants understand that the GFY Logo must be clearly visible in the next round. Oh yeah, and then I would spank her hot little bum to teach her a lesson.

I think she's a hottie...it's too bad that this is even an issue...at first I thought maybe because the GFY logo isn't showing that she should be disqualified from winning round 3, but I do not think she should be out of the whole contest since this wasn't even brought up until after the voting was done...If it was an issue it should have been handled before the voting began, like the fisting photo was...I say let her pass through to round 4...

I posted one in this thread, and if I have to resubmit the girls who didn't wear it should do that too. I swear that if I knew that this was an issue I would have submitted an other one. Why is this brought up after the voting. I submitted mine on time, and if you would have said that it had to show the logo I would have send you guys another one.

Right there is what decides this issue for me. The first time I saw her entry pic I did notice right away that the GFY logo wasn't visible, and come to think of it that is partly why I didn't include her in my five votes.

But if it ain't in the rules, then her pic should stand.

Relax. He is cutting you a fair deal. The simple fact Lensman questioned your submissions mean he thinks there are grounds for bumping you. He gave you a second chance. Accept it.

I agree. If this was an issue it should have been brought up BEFORE the voting at the same time as the controversy about Alysha's fisting pic (which I think should have stayed in too).

Let's just move onto the next round without disqualifying anyone else on an unwritten technicality. Although I think the logo should be showing, it should have been addressed sooner if it was going to be grounds for disqualification.

I agree that the logo should have been the focus of every girls entry. However, Bo did not break any LISTED rules, and nothing was mentioned at the time of entry allowing her to make a change (like the chance given to the fisting picture entry). So, I think she should be allowed to stay. If she is disqualified, they have to be that strict with every entry in every round (no double-standards, treat every entry the same). :2 cents:

She followed the written rules... she's in her GFY tank and panties. Nothing was specified about the logo having to be visible. Granted, if I were in the contest I would have been sure to show the logo. Regardless, she broke no written rules. If it was so important that the logo be shown, it should have been stated clearly in the rules.

To sum it all up, she shouldn't be disqualified because of vague rules.
