I personally like Nature's Best Low Carb Isopure. They are low in carbs and give 50 grams of protein. I usually mix this with an EAS Carb Control shake to add to the flavor and that increases the protein by 15 grams to give a 300 calorie 65g protein 5g carb shake.

Whey Protein scoops are the best if you want not too expensive.

They are good and there's 3 or 4 flavours (chocolate , vanilla , strawberry..)

I drink chocolate Isopure. Since I've started drinking it after my workouts, I've really noticed a big difference in my results (positive).

Isopure is good so is dymatize and labrada's lean body it also depends on how you like the consistency some our thicker than others. I suggest buying the single serving pack of each different brand to see what you prefer

I've been drinking Muscle Milk Cookies and Cream, it tastes amazing, thats a weight gainer.

GNC whey protein choclate it pretty good too.

Generally protein 'feeds' the muscle so they can grow after you work them out. I don't think it's needed unless you're doing resistance training. If you're just doing cardio and taking protein it won't help you..

I take Prolab, it's fairly cheap, but not that good which is why I'm switching after I finish it.

Just compare the nutritional info, look at how much protein there is and how many calories it is. Also look at the fat and carbs..

Hm, I was under the impression that you would bulk up just with drinking protein shakes and no exercise.

By cardio, do you mean just cardiovascular activities like basketball and the such?
