I personally like Nature's Best Low Carb Isopure. They are low in carbs and give 50 grams of protein. I usually mix this with an EAS Carb Control shake to add to the flavor and that increases the protein by 15 grams to give a 300 calorie 65g protein 5g carb shake.

I drink chocolate Isopure. Since I've started drinking it after my workouts, I've really noticed a big difference in my results (positive).

Isopure is good so is dymatize and labrada's lean body it also depends on how you like the consistency some our thicker than others. I suggest buying the single serving pack of each different brand to see what you prefer

I've been drinking Muscle Milk Cookies and Cream, it tastes amazing, thats a weight gainer.
GNC whey protein choclate it pretty good too. |

I take Prolab, it's fairly cheap, but not that good which is why I'm switching after I finish it.
Just compare the nutritional info, look at how much protein there is and how many calories it is. Also look at the fat and carbs.. |
