see, i am the type of person that would put a double edged razor blade in between the top two teeth and bottom two teeth....strap a cinder block on their head, and gradually pour sand on the cinder block....so it keep weighting it down and eventually the blade will cut into the top and bottom of both teeth until it cuts out the teeth

I'm partial to papercuts and rubbing alcohol. Rock salt and razor blades on the scrotal area work nicely as well.

You can always stick a #3 camming device up their ass and then open it and lock it. Then tie the rope end around a cows neck and prod them with a cattle prod to get them running.

We take a bowl full of jalapeno peppers and squeeze them until they're just a bowl of mush. Then, you tie the foo up and tape open his eyes....then, you slowly pour the mush into their eyes.
