Good on ya, man! Atkins didn't do a damn thing for me (yeah, I lost 20 pounds, but then passed out when I tried to give blood and gained it all back as soon as I stopped) but it's always good to hear people making progress!
BTW - I saw that thing you posted about cinnamon a while ago and decided to try it in my pots of green tea. I don't know if it's helping me lose any faster than just plain ol' regular tea, but tossing a stick into every pot gives it a nice taste and aroma. |

I've gone down 4 jeans sizes since being on Atkins and I love it - I do occasionaly eat something carby but it never tastes as good as I think it will. Keep up the great work
