Way to go!!
Cutting out those starchy carbs IS the key to a successful diet.
And I think anyone that has been on the Atkins diet any amount of time always tailors it around themselves so that they stay on the diet without cheating too much.
And you can stay on the diet without going heavy into high fat foods also! You just need to be a tad creative in how you prepare your foods as well as what you actually eat.
