Congrats, that's great!
I did the Atkins thing before the Vegas convention and lost 40lbs. But I kinda cheated through Christmas and New Years and gained about 15lbs back
I started the diet a few weeks ago and lost 10 lbs as of the first week and half. Haven't checked it since, will probably weigh myself in another day two.
