I have a non-adult site which was seeing a LOT of webmaster fraud, maybe half of it from Russia. I stopped accepting affiliates from 3rd-world countries (representing less than 10% of total affiliates) and got rid of 90% of the fraud.

the only reason US got in to ww2 is to protect europe from becoming communist.... war didn't start on d-day.. its been going for 5 years before US dicided to join 'the party'. once US realized that ussr is about to defeat germany and occupy europe they moved in.. ask any german what was going on on eastern front.
