SPAM - Last I checked most of my spam is in English and being sent by US or Canadian based companies. If they choose to abuse Russian servers, who is to blame?
I am not a cheerleader for Russia, but I have met and done business with a large number of Russians and I have no complaints. We allow all former Soviet republics into our program, and without getting into name calling, more people have attempted to fuck us from North America (way north) than anywhere else.
