Jazzfest is a great time to be in the French Quarter........... not as many drunk assholes ........... tons of hot girls and great music. You also get a crowd that is not as used the the pervs with camera's like Mardi Gras !

I'm not sure how often you go to the French Quarter, and you may have noticed this while you were there, but people spill a lot of alcohol....and other stuff all over the place. You have to ALWAYS watch where you sit or you'll end up with a wet ass.
