Jazzfest is a great time to be in the French Quarter........... not as many drunk assholes ........... tons of hot girls and great music. You also get a crowd that is not as used the the pervs with camera's like Mardi Gras !
I shot a lot of uppies and this last pic was really interesting ! I guess she had her period or possibly passed a wet fart and sh*t her pants !
