Hi,
They host at Exodus and other places in Chicago. Only the Netbilling.com info site is at Candid. I just called and was told there is a network router issue at Exodus and they are working to redirect traffic while it is being fixed. Should be about 30 more minutes ETA. Netbilling.com comes up fine for me here though. Z |

We had a power outage, our systems went down and our techs are working to fix it. It should be up in 30 min. Riiiiiighhhht. ![]() |

If netbilling is hosted by Candid, i'm going to re-think using them.. they are the WORST hosting company I've ever used. my god, just thinking about my past experiences with those bastards makes me quiver.. arg!

We have made progress with transactions going through and the admin up as well. It may be intermittent as we redirect more traffic.
