Hi,
Actually our call center and sales offices did have a power outage this morning along with 250 other buildings in the area. This does not have anything to do with the downtime though. We were hit with a similar DDOS attack as Ibill. Our network enginerrs are working hard to divert traffic and block IPS to subside the attack. I will make a new post as I get more information and resolution.
