i'm heading out to the grocery store now and i wanna pick the ingredients up.

is it green tea, ground cinnamon, honey and lemon juice?

how many parts of each ingredient?

If you go to the health food store and get the really GOOD stick cinnamon, it works just fine. That way you won't have the floating cinnamuck, and you'll still lose weight.

Let it steep for at least 15 minutes, though, then reheat it in the microwave before adding your honey and lemon juice.

No, it's not even funny then.

Anyway, to answer your question: Go to the health food store and get the cinnamon sticks. (I can't remember what the brand is, sorry.

) When you go to make your tea, put the stick in the empty cup, then the tea bag, then the hot water (or, as a friend of mine does it, brew your tea then pour it over the cinnamon stick) and leave it there for 15 minutes. Then nuke it to warm it, add honey and lemon, and enjoy.

I've lost 5 pounds in 12 days.
