No, it's not even funny then.
Anyway, to answer your question: Go to the health food store and get the cinnamon sticks. (I can't remember what the brand is, sorry.

) When you go to make your tea, put the stick in the empty cup, then the tea bag, then the hot water (or, as a friend of mine does it, brew your tea then pour it over the cinnamon stick) and leave it there for 15 minutes. Then nuke it to warm it, add honey and lemon, and enjoy.
