I find it amazing that most parents will walk in on their kids watching Reservoir Dogs or something of that nature and not bat an eye, but god forbid their kids see a video of people having sex.

Curiosity is fine. I highly doubt that you would be able to stop her from indulging herself in a bit of it, even if you tried. I'd tell her "If you have anything you want to talk to me about I'm here to listen...".

Then I'd leave the room (keeping that whole part above short and sweet). On the way out I'd say something (in a laughing sort of way) to the effect of: "if that video's any good you should do a report on it for school". Or something similarly light hearted.

Just don't make her feel bad about it. Make her feel like you are always a safe person to talk to...

and don't even ACT surprised.
