At the moment I walked in on her and noticed what she was doing I'd ask her to pause it for a minute. Then I'd tell her that I'm not mad at her and completely understand her curiousity... that I did the same thing at her age.

I'd tell her "If you have anything you want to talk to me about I'm here to listen...".

Then I'd leave the room (keeping that whole part above short and sweet). On the way out I'd say something (in a laughing sort of way) to the effect of: "if that video's any good you should do a report on it for school". Or something similarly light hearted.

Just don't make her feel bad about it. Make her feel like you are always a safe person to talk to...

and don't even ACT surprised.
