Well if you keep him around I wouldn't let him anywhere near the adult side of your business. As he seems to have issues with women. But sometimes you have to realize one of the main reasons people continue to fuck up is because they have support when they do. He's seen his dad killed in tfornt of him by soldiers, seen his mom raped and slaughtered in front of him, and left sibblings behind back home in his flee to America when he was a child.

Some of the things he went through there would make you cry if your heard the stories.

.........well it's amazing how he can still function. You're good people to have offered him a place in your lives. Just get him help with a lawyer first then a head doctor. Understand it will take a long time before he will be able to understand his rages and violence toward women. He wont be fixed in just a few short sessions. It will be a lifelong commitment to heal his mind. If you're ready and able, go for it. Either way...you may wanna consider never returning to the USA agin with him.
Not the answer but he will be locked up a long time for this conviction. Dont know if the 3 strike rule applies to your state, but if it does....you may wanna consider sending him away!
