Well if you keep him around I wouldn't let him anywhere near the adult side of your business. As he seems to have issues with women. But seriously if you are worried enough to ask opinions here, that means you have some sort of concerns about him.. Make a deal with him, tell him you are willing to help him out but he needs to seek counseling.
As far as him being wrongly convicted, I could see that hapening once but not twice.. just my opinion.
