Yup, I have had one for a long time and it does cook all the fat out........ how can it not? It smashes the living shit out of everything that goes near it..... LMAO
BUT I love my Foreman grill....... marinate chicken or shrimp in Zesty Italian Dressing, and slap it on that grill........ damn that is some good shit, and healthy too, AND not dry. ![]() |

i wonder how salmon comes out on it.\\
i use it for burgers and whatnot and its pretty good. I take the fat that drips out and throw it in the blender with 3 strips of bacon, for a zesty shake that will get your heart pumpin.

Basically if you cook a hamburger in a frying pan, the grease comes out and stays in the pan. In the Foreman Grill, it runs down into the drip pan thingie. Whatever. What I like is that it's fast and easy to use when I'm tired and cranky and don't want to cook anything.

Bode always kept his in the office at ST when I was there .... never once used it, but the little collector dish always had some fat in it.... so the fat collector works!

they are great. I personally like to cook chicken and steaks. once tip is when cooking either, as its cooking, cut up into smaller pieces. my foreman tends to cook the outside more than the inside on thicker meats.

loved it so much I bought one of the double kockout ones and use it just about every other day. If you learn the timings it does steaks and pork chops really well and does fabulous grilled onions and mushrooms. Also, when you aren't in a healthy mood it does kick ass grilled cheese
