ever seen a tornado from less than 1 mile away?
I have, a small one though.
Still it was one of the scariest moments in my life. I saw a waterspout when I was 14 on lake Michigan. I was to young to be really scared. Post your experiences. Please.

The blue dot is where I live. The red dot is where Scooter from PerfectionCash lives.
The Red line is the path of the strongest ever recorded tornado (318MPH) from May 3, 1999. The Green path is from May 8 of this year. Damn close calls.

that's one of the things I've allways wanted to see in person.. I've seen water spouts while in a boat but they were very far away... but there something about the power of a tornado I just wanna see in person sometime.. Ofcourse I don't want to be in the path.. but would be cool to see one from a safe distance.
