I am probably one of the only athletes on this board as a lot of people here don't go at the gym and don't do sports and cardio.

we sit on our ass all day and work.. no excercise. That is My main problem. I eat just as much as I did when I excercised... so I don't burn off all the carbs.

I've gone to a personal trainer and lost 65lbs.. but gained it back when I stopped going due to working too much..

I know my problem, just don't have time to fix it.

How lazy is that?

Goddamn, that's alot of cardio. I dropped bodybuilding once I outgrew the adonis comples of always looking good. I just grapple now, close to 10 hours if not more a week.
