Isn't that similiar to gastro bypass surgery? By that I mean....Wouldnt you have to be significantly overweight? Im guessing that its not for people that only need to lose 10-30 lbs.

5'6" and around 90kilos. Saying that, I'm no whale. I'm certainly overweight and need to lose a few stone but somehow I manage to keep from crashing into obesity. I really want to lose some weight though as we're going snowboarding in February and I really want to be able to go all day rather than getting tired after one run.

They do its called the gym , a person with 20-30 lbs to lose . Who commits to 4 days a week at the gym lifting weights, not walking mindlessly on a tread mill. Doing hard work.
