My post referred to past posts that mentioned "particularly high homicde rates" and "similar countries". The homicide rate is higher than in Canada, France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Australia, or New Zealand.

I very seldom get drunk. All of the druggies that I have encountered in my life have pretty much been scum. Didn't have a pot to piss in...poorly dressed...poor hygiene...poor intellect...poor manners...with criminal records...and no not just for possession...but there are always some exceptions.

I drink almost daily. Drinking and getting drunk are not one in the same. I have a high tolerance for alcohol and I control my intake. Maybe...just maybe...I might get drunk a dozen times in a year and that is usually when friends are over for a Bar-B-Q or just a gathering.
