In the thread referenced, Brad listed off all of the sites/designs he had purchased and asked the designers of those sites to step forward so he could pay them. If Amp wanted his money, right there was the opportunity to get it.

As far as I knew Lensman, I sought out all designers and made amends with them - Amp included. If he's changed his mind from way back when and wants me to pay this Duane's debt that's OK, all he has to do is ask. Even after finding out that I got screwed, I held my end of the bargain with hosting as agreed upon. There are few people in this industry who can match Brad Mitchell in his level of integrity and professionalism.
I'm quite confident that when Amp responds to Brad's repeated offers to communicate; things will be resolved to the satisfation of both parties.
It's a crappy situation all around, and neither position is an enviable one. The only solution though is for both sides to agree to work it out, rather than the current lynching that's happening here tonight.
