I had a friend who cheated on her husband, with her guy friend, less than three months after a seriously expensive wedding.

Her poor (now ex) husband was the naive one in this case. He wasn't concerned about her going out with guy friends, thought it was okay since they had such a huge wedding and that she'd never do such a thing.

From personal experience and the experiences of my "girl" friends, the biggest threat to the relationship is your own same sex friends.

In other words, my girlfriends would be more likely to fuck my man and his guy friends would be more likely to fuck me. So next time your friend wants to give your girlfriend a ride or you ask him to "watch" her while your out of town for the weekend be very very worried lol

I've also found that the closer/longer relationship you have with YOUR friend the MORE likely they will be to try to fuck your girl!

The more they hang out the more interaction they have with her the more likely they will develop a closer relationship than you ever thought would be possible. And it's not just a fuck SOME guys have feelings too ya know.

i am sometimes leary of a girls guys friends, im sure *some* are genuine and just in it for friendship but im sure some would like more. fact is tho, if you lose your girl to one of these guys, you suck or you treated her like crap, or your relationship was in the shitter, or she just didn't care about you and possibly was using you..or she may have just lost interest in you. who knows. im friends with a lot of girls who have boyfriends/husbands, and i never had any sexual intentions towards them, i would never cross that line unless they opened the doors, and a couple did. i never fucked them but every time in that kind of situation it was the woman initiating the contact. mostly it was due to their guys not giving them enough attention/love. they were very unhappy in their current situation.

I wouldn't say you aren't doing your jobs if your partner cheats (in either direction) but what I would say is either there's something under the surface that isn't quite right, or someone made a huge mistake and probably realizes it.

And if you don't have any friends of the opposite sex (no matter what sex you are) that are attractive and smart that you wouldn't screw around with, then you've got some serious self esteem issues.

BlackCrayon Too lazy to set a custom title Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Ottawa Posts: 19,631	i am sometimes leary of a girls guys friends, im sure some are genuine and just in it for friendship but im sure some would like more. fact is tho, if you lose your girl to one of these guys, you suck or you treated her like crap, or your relationship was in the shitter, or she just didn't care about you and possibly was using you..or she may have just lost interest in you. who knows. im friends with a lot of girls who have boyfriends/husbands, and i never had any sexual intentions towards them, i would never cross that line unless they opened the doors, and a couple did. i never fucked them but every time in that kind of situation it was the woman initiating the contact. mostly it was due to their guys not giving them enough attention/love. they were very unhappy in their current situation. __________________ you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day.. If your chick is going to cheat, it's not going to matter if it's her friend or some guy she met in a bar or someone she saw at the grocery, it's just going to happen. Shit happens, there's no way around that, but at the end of the day it takes you and your girlfriend to create a situation where that would happen. I wouldn't say you aren't doing your jobs if your partner cheats (in either direction) but what I would say is either there's something under the surface that isn't quite right, or someone made a huge mistake and probably realizes it. And if you don't have any friends of the opposite sex (no matter what sex you are) that are attractive and smart that you wouldn't screw around with, then you've got some serious self esteem issues.
