Directions:
1. For the first 5 days (loading phase): Take 1 heaping teaspoon 5 times daily. 2. After day 5 (maintenance phase): Take 1 heaping teaspoon 1-3 times daily. After 12 weeks, repeat cycle. If you do use it, just load for the first 5 days and maintain for a couple months. After 2 months, lay off for 3 months. If you want to use it again, re-load and follow the same schedule.
If you do it that way (and drink a lot of water) it won't tax the kidneys as bad and you'll make some nice gains. |
