Directions:
1. For the first 5 days (loading phase): Take 1 heaping teaspoon 5 times daily.
2. After day 5 (maintenance phase): Take 1 heaping teaspoon 1-3 times daily. After 12 weeks, repeat cycle.

If you do use it, just load for the first 5 days and maintain for a couple months. After 2 months, lay off for 3 months. If you want to use it again, re-load and follow the same schedule.

If you do it that way (and drink a lot of water) it won't tax the kidneys as bad and you'll make some nice gains.

Yep, it does work... Your muscles recover faster, you feel you have more energy and can workout for longer. I was at my peak when I was going to the gym daily and taking creatine. Just don't take it with coffee or a hot drink.
