step away from the computer for an hour or more and leave the house..do something physical..whether it be working out or walking dow the street...

sitting behind the computer is well known to produce flabby soft people..you are not alone..

same here... I'm not fat or even overweight, I have an insane metabolism... (thank god) but I'm so fucking out of shape it hurts. I need more physical activity.

and you have the beach right outside... sand is the best to run and walk on..it exfoliates your feet while making the legs and heart alot stronger.....cant beat a natural pedicure...

i have 1000 to 1500 ft. foothills around here to run up and down ( i start to walk about 500 feet into the run..)


its all about making yourself just go and do it....do we need an online gfy get the fuck back in shape forum?

I think ive gained about 25 pounds the past week.. Everyday i wake up and say.. Okay, Today is the day i begin my training to get in shape... I will run on the treadmill for an hour, then lift some weights.... 30 minutes later.. Mmmm this is a good sandwich.. *much* *much*.. Wait.. i shouldnt be eating this.. Ahh fuck it.. there is always tommorrow... its not like i neeeeed to get in shape

I say that all to myself everyday.. like clockwork

you arent the only one..i dont know how many times i get up early to work out with one of my workout shows and just end up smoking bongs and munching out..telling myself tomorrow i will workout twice as hard..

its not easy to keep in a routine..

no fast food, and no alcohol ever.

walk or jog for an hour every morning and every evening.. couple months of that and you'll definitely notice your belly shrunk quite a bit..

however i've noticed the fat around the head takes longer to get rid of, probably since it's higher up

contrary to what people may tell you it is very possible to live just on cigarettes and water for a day or two out of every week
