walk or jog for an hour every morning and every evening.. couple months of that and you'll definitely notice your belly shrunk quite a bit..
however i've noticed the fat around the head takes longer to get rid of, probably since it's higher up
contrary to what people may tell you it is very possible to live just on cigarettes and water for a day or two out of every week
