I used to manage a restaurant several years ago and the whole wait staff used to share tips on how to get better tips and that was the number one method. She doesn't like you and probably is making fun of you in the back of the restaurant about what a drooling idiot you are. Plus Applebees sucks and she probably makes fun of you for going in there and eating all the time just to get all worked up over her. So grow some balls and ask her out already so you can find out the truth. Oh and why you ask dating advice here I'm not sure. This is the home of the most socially backwards ass people available. Ok this is not to hard..after she takes your order wait a few mins then get up from your seat as if you have to go to the restroom, walk over to her like you forgot to order somthing and JUST ASK HER OUT. This way you are not around your friends and nobody needs to know what happened. This has worked for me in the past, and she says no just have couple more drinks that will kill the pain. Now get out there and take her!!!!! It's all you man what do you have to lose...I know you know the answer. Now just like my dad told me once there are a ton of fish in the sea and it is your job to catch as many as you can!!!!! GOOD LUCK
