She just wants a better tip so she flirts with you. All wait staff does this. I used to manage a restaurant several years ago and the whole wait staff used to share tips on how to get better tips and that was the number one method. She doesn't like you and probably is making fun of you in the back of the restaurant about what a drooling idiot you are. Plus Applebees sucks and she probably makes fun of you for going in there and eating all the time just to get all worked up over her. So grow some balls and ask her out already so you can find out the truth. Oh and why you ask dating advice here I'm not sure. This is the home of the most socially backwards ass people available. Most of the turds here most likely have never seen real tits they didn't pay for. So it's kind of like asking a blind person to teach you to drive.
