Some want or need a different managed service solution than what Mojohost deliver, but I doubt they are better or more reliable - but I dont know the whole story. I just think the one word "reseller" changes everything.

Someone just pointed me to this thread. There’s nothing wrong with companies that get wholesale infrastructure from us and layer their own support services on top. I obviously extend prices to such clients that would never be available to the public. Having said all of that, I will reach out to your host and see if they can escalate their response. If you need anything further message me directly on Skype or something - GFY is not a support forum for any web host.
