That said, I am sure Brad probaly would help beaner, if the approach was more like;
Dear Brad, I know it's weekend and all, but I am using one of your resellers, and it seems he don't have the skillset or interest to help me out. It might be because I have purchased a lower service-level and the SLA don't give me the right to demand his help - I dont know, but now I am stuck.
Since you know the infrastructure better, could you maybe help me out or give me some pointers?
