You have a guy named Chris that is causing me all kinds of problems with my sites. He's a reseller of yours and manages servers is his only job.

I need my problems resolved today, without more issue.

If he is a reseller, then how is it Mojos fault?

My question is why you would use a reseller and not go direct with Mojo themselves?

I mean, its not like anyone here hasn't heard of mojo and doesn't know the quality of the product?

..or "hey i hired someone who doesn't know shit. can you please help me?"

..or "is there anyone here who can help me, since the board has a ton of devs and server admins?"

Some want or need a different managed service solution than what Mojohost deliver, but I doubt they are better or more reliable - but I dont know the whole story. I just think the one word "reseller" changes everything.

I don’t get how the resellers issue is brads issue ?

That said, I am sure Brad probaly would help beaner, if the approach was more like;

Dear Brad, I know it's weekend and all, but I am using one of your resellers, and it seems he don't have the skillset or interest to help me out. It might be because I have purchased a lower service-level and the SLA don't give me the right to demand his help - I dont know, but now I am stuck.

Since you know the infrastructure better, could you maybe help me out or give me some pointers?

Someone just pointed me to this thread. There’s nothing wrong with companies that get wholesale infrastructure from us and layer their own support services on top. I obviously extend prices to such clients that would never be available to the public. Having said all of that, I will reach out to your host and see if they can escalate their response. If you need anything further message me directly on Skype or something - GFY is not a support forum for any web host.
