So it seems the card is issued by a Canadian para-bank, so be very careful with tax stuff going forward as Canada has agreements with many countries...

Shipped from Romania to Poland June 6th, but how long it was before it got to .ro i have no idea. The card expires May 2021 so it was probably generated some time last month, and they probably bulk shipped to Romania and then from Romanian office sent it out to other EU addresses to make it faster/cheaper.

The point is clear, in my opinion, Paxum is NOT Printing anything anymore due to unknown issues. Think, why they need so long to print a simple card? It's not a technical issue, they have other problems and they do not even care about updating customers about what is happening. They billed me months ago for a card they didn't even print. Soon they will bill me again for card renewal, and I still will not have anything in my hands. Is it fair or even legal? I 've doubts. They exactly know that most people here NEED that card and have significant balances on their wallets. What does it cost them to make a CLEAR HONEST statement? I guess nothing. Personally, I am done with Paxum and I still can NOT understand how is possible for sponsors to deal with them and put affiliate money at risk. Statements like " it can take UP TO 10 DAYS " or " Situation will be normal from June 1" are not matching reality. Ruth, you really should post a statement that reflects the REAL status of PAXUM these days.

More than a month after my card was printed, I still haven't received it. Last time, the delivery took 1 week!
Personally, I feel like I'm not going to get any card this time. I guess they've printed a few pieces to prove that the cards exist.

Most probably busy handling all the requests they are getting. I get responses on tickets and emails from Ruth. Can't reach her on Skype, though.

actually they do answer tickets for anything that is not related to cards...I had an issue with a bank wire and got prompt response....it seems like the card thing is out of their control and that they can not speed it up...

Has anyone tried to change the PIN for the TruCash card from the Paxum website?

I've changed the PIN from the Paxum website and now I get an "Invalid PIN" message at the ATM... Initial PIN doesn't work either...

I got that same message when i was trying to retrieve more than 500$ (which is the limit). Perhaps it was the same for you? Also, allow 24 hours if you fail three times to get money from ATM (that's what trucash support told me, and it worked).

Btw...trucash support seems quite good, usually answer emails in a day.
