from what I recall I always received my renewed Paxum precaid card in about 1-2 weeks.

Please remember that cards are shipped through the regular postal service. We ask you to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery but usually it will arrive sooner.
With regards to status updates we will only update card status when we receive notification from the card issuer that the card status has changed. Thanks

This smells intentional stalling, many would've gladly paid the expedited shipping fees. It's fast, secure and signature insured delivery. This opens gaps "lost in motion" and similar to buy even more time..
"Up to 6 weeks" puts the final date at around June 20th, lost cards reports+summer+another 6 weeks, is it safe to say we won't be seeing cards until October? |

The tracking number is a must for this kind of sensitive things like cards. I have a tracking number with a few bucks product bought on Chinese sites.
