Well, trannies are good for conversions but I'm not one of them. What in heavens name would ever give you that idea? Dear God... I've talked to some people from GFY over the phone, they can vouch for the fact that I'm female, lols |

I had all 4 of mine yanked at the same time. The bottom 2 were impacted, and hurt like hell. I woke up while the dentist was chiseling one of them out (with a mallet, no less), and my arms were strapped down and there was a contraption holding my mouth open. I was WIDE awake in an instant, and I was trying to get the dentists attention. Finally, his dumbass assistant said "doctor, she's awake" and he said "give her some more" and the next thing I knew they were waking me up.
So my mom, who came with me to drive me home, takes me to her house until my son gets home from school. I'm sitting on the sofa, watching tv and nodding off. I wake up, and asked her a question. Because my whole head was numb, I couldn't move my mouth right, and I was just making noise. She said "what?" and I turned to face her, and she looked up at me, her eyes got big as saucers and she puked on herself. Literally, right on herself. Since my whole face was numb, I didn't feel the gallons of drool and blood that were running out of my mouth and down my chin. And watch for that dry-socket, it hurts like hell. My dentist gave me a syringe with a big, hollow tube on the end to flush my sockets, and I still got dry-socket. And ask them to save at least one of your teeth, those bastards are huge! |

I actually had my Wisdom Teeth taken out on Friday
![]() I didn't sleep properly for about 4 days prior to the little op... Anyway, I opted for the full anasthesia (They took all of them out)... Two hours after they pulled them out I was awake and itching to go home.... My mouth was a bit out of shape and I was spitting blood all that night.... I had some good pain killers which kept me 'happy' and out of pain... It was more uncomfortable than painful... I didn't eat anything on Friday, I was just too scared, but by Saturday I was eating soup and bread, just chewing VERY carefully with only my front teeth.... I spent most of the weekend completely drugged up and I also slept a good portion of it ![]() By Monday, I was feeling human again... Went to work, felt fine, and then about a third of the way into the day, I got a little 'spacey' - but that was just the pain killers... Tuesday was fine, I didn't have any pain killers in the morning, but by lunch time I needed some (Too much talking in the office, it was irritating my mouth)... I also started eating real food again, still very carefully though... Wednesday, feeling 100% now, no pain killers during the day, went out for lunch... By the evening through, I was ready for some more drugs.... Now, I'm feeling fine - my mouth still feels unconfortable, but I've got no swelling left and it's not stopping me from doing anything... I would recommend it over having children anyday! ![]() So, in a nutshell, don't panic - it's not that bad... When I spoke to people about it before I went in they all said it wasn't too bad, but I have a friend *blablabla* - nobody I knew had a problem with it themselves... Good Luck with it ![]() Mandy

The most important thing: Do EVERYTHING your doctor tells you to do! It's been about 16 years since I had mine out, but they had to be cut out and ended up in little pieces. Thankfully I was knocked out for it.
![]() The doctor gave me medicine to take prior to the surgery to reduce swelling and I didn't have much. I also kept ice packs on my cheeks the first few days (had them tied to my head with my bathrobe belt ![]() KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAN! He gave me an irrigation syringe that I had to clean out the holes left behind for a few weeks. DO IT! My son has to get his done in the next few months. ![]() |

I had all four pulled out at the same time as well.
Get put under....to many horror stories with being awake. I told them i wanted to be asleep. The worst part about the whole ordeal for me was the initial IV needle which i didn't even feel..hehe...so it was a walk in the park. But who doesn't hate needles? Just a part of any surgery. I was lucky enough to have such a great dentist. He gave me a part of a Zynax (spelled?) to begin with, and then when i was somewhat high and relaxed, he rubbed some of this cream stuff on my arm...which numbed it, so i wouldn't even feel the needle. I was laying on the table asking when the IV is going to be inserted and to let me know. He smiled and said it was aleady done...just awesome. Went to sleep and woke up later..all done. Easy. Didn't feel anything at all. I woke up in pain that night, and took a vicoden...was fine after that. The most important thing to remember is keep that area clean for at least 3 days. Don't fuck around and be extremely anal about it. Clean the area well. My buddy didn't and had to go back for this other procedure to treat some very painful infection he got. You'll do fine. ![]() |

phogirl69,
I too had all 4 taken out the same day - had two crack while he was pulling them out, he had to dig in. All he used was novocaine and he loaded me up with freebie meds for when the novocaine wore off. I was a miracle according to my friends cuz I didn't need any meds - I had a bruise smaller than a quarter under my jaw, no swelling and I went clubbing that night! Then again, I'm the one who gives birth with 2 pushes so.....let's just call me lucky ;-)

Mine were removed... not a big deal the doctor sliced them in half and pulled them out that way...
As an adult tho I would never let anyone remove teeth from my mouth. Your teeth are there for a reason -- you think some doctor is smarter than millions of years of evolution? Whatever... If you have crowded teeth it's probably because you don't exercise your jaw adequately... I wish I had known this as a child -- I would never have needed braces or all the other fucking hardware in my mouth... Fuck my parents, first circumcision and then my wisdom teeth ![]() |

I had three of'em pulled, went fairly smooth. When I was back there to get the last one yanked, the cute female dentist assured me it wouldn't take very long, etc.. Moments later she gave me a shot in the wrong cheek. Had to have another one, and things started going seriously wrong from there. She pulled out the scary looking pliers and went about screwing things up, failing to get the job done. I wasn't really concerned, wasn't hurting none. She finally commented "boy, its really lodged in there" and sat back.. Soon after that, 5-6 other dentists came in, took a peek, muttering codes I didn't understand, all the while shaking their heads. That's when I knew I was about to experience enormous amounts of pain. I tried to get up and flee the premises but they pinned me down. 90 minutes later, they ended up pulling the broken bits out through my ear, as far as I can remember.
