I've been advised by a respectable source that with the new laws coming into place in Canada over the next while there may possibly be some regulatory body put in place in the future to govern these sites.

I am told that some of the large ISP's are on a "search and destroy" mission to block these click through sites and also that there are new laws suggesting legal troubles for those click-thru sites whom referred traffic that ultimately (even if several clicks up the chain) came across child porn or credit card fraud.

This would mean everyone whom was in the chain could end up in court over this kind of stuff?

Is any of this true?

Does anyone have any supporting links for this kind of information?

Don't see how that is remotely possible. It's the net, it's made up of chains of sites and it isn't physically possible to check every link and sub link in that chain because it constantly changes. Are they gonna be going after Google, as that would be in the chain as you put it?

What is the point of running one of these if it uses 100's of gigs of bandwidth per month just follows a roundabout or "CIRCLE JERK" as it was well named.
