New Laws - IS ANY OF THIS TRUE?
I've been advised by a respectable source that with the new laws coming into place in Canada over the next while there may possibly be some regulatory body put in place in the future to govern these sites.
I am told that some of the large ISP's are on a "search and destroy" mission to block these click through sites and also that there are new laws suggesting legal troubles for those click-thru sites whom referred traffic that ultimately (even if several clicks up the chain) came across child porn or credit card fraud. This would mean everyone whom was in the chain could end up in court over this kind of stuff? Is any of this true? Does anyone have any supporting links for this kind of information? Thanks. |

Ya really what sites are you referring to?
|
Circle Jerk?!
Ha. Great name! Sites like this. http://www.cliphunter.com that lead to many more that lead to many more... What's the point of even starting one of these? |
Sorry.
ClipHunter is a bad example.. Wait for next post. |
Ah!
That's a TGP. Even harder to follow links in the chain then, considering some of those TGP's update several times day... But I'm still guessing you are talking about Circle Jerking |

Sites like this using counters such as ClickZs. What is the point of running one of these if it uses 100's of gigs of bandwidth per month just follows a roundabout or "CIRCLE JERK" as it was well named. |
Check out the Clickzs website, it might explain it better than I can in this thread...

I understand what ClickZ's is and have used it.
Thanks. |
I believe everything I read on the Internet.

How unfortunate?
